This Monday (9), the new Redmi 10 was presented to the public in advance. The model had all its information leaked by the famous Singaporean retailer Courts, confirming details such as its camera configuration, processor and color options. Interestingly, even after the incident, it is still possible to view the pages of the new cell phone on the company’s website.
According to the store, the Redmi 10 will use the new Helio G88 chipset, from MediaTek. The component is an octa-core, which can reach up to 2.0 GHz with its two Cortex-A75 cores, ensuring good performance in most everyday tasks. To keep up, the model has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage — so far, there’s no further information on other configurations.
Another highlight of the Redmi 10 is its quadruple array of cameras, now with 50 MP resolution confirmed for the main sensor. The model will feature an 8 MP wide-angle sensor for photos with a larger field of view, plus two 2 MP sensors aimed at macro photography and photo depth enhancement. The selfie camera has a resolution of 8 MP and is housed in the screen, in a “hole” format.
Shopkeeper ends up showing details of Redmi 10, not yet announced, on an online page.
The Redmi 10 should feature a 6.5″ Full HD+ LCD screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate. Its design languageit resembles the one used on the Mi 10 Ultra, with metallic colors and highlighting the main sensor on the camera set on its back. The model is powered by the 5,000 mAh battery, supporting 18W charging.
The Redmi 10 was listed with the value of 249 SGD, around R$ 960 in direct conversion. Despite the abundant information, there is still no official forecast for its launch or arrival in Brazil.
